We celebrated Sue's birthday in style with a lemon and raspberry cream cake. Mixing Hogs Bottom lemon curd with lightly whipped double cream makes a wonderful cake covering especially when accompanied by fresh raspberries.
To celebrate Cornish Pasty Week 2020, Ginsters have developed a gourmet pasty range to be sold exclusively in Selfridges. At Hogs Bottom we are delighted that chef Chris Eden has chosen to use our chilli jam to compliment the flavours of his flame grilled chicken, coconut and lemon pasty.
